1. The short version
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service and keep it secure. We do not sell data, share it with ad networks, or use third-party trackers.
2. What data we process
Account data: username, e-mail, and contacts you provide yourself (for example, Telegram or Jabber).
Technical data: IP addresses in activity and security logs, browser and device data at sign-in — needed to protect accounts and investigate incidents.
Payments: top-ups are processed by the payment provider Plisio; we do not receive or store your payment instrument details.
Install statistics: country, operating system, and technical device identifiers for installs performed under your tasks. We do not analyse the contents of your files or their data.
3. Why we use it
To provide the service: account operation, task execution and accounting.
For security: protection against hacking, fraud, and abuse.
To communicate with you: support replies and service notifications.
4. Who we share data with
The payment provider — only what is needed to process a payment.
Competent authorities upon a lawful request, if we are obliged to.
No one else. We do not sell or rent out data.
5. Storage and protection
Account data is kept while the account exists. Technical logs are rotated and kept no longer than needed for security and incident investigation. Access to data is restricted, and connections are encrypted.
6. Cookies
We use functional storage only: an authorization token in your browser's localStorage so you stay signed in. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and ask any privacy question — via the support chat in your account or Jabber: admin@payperinst.net. We will reply within a reasonable time.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the service after changes, you agree to the new version.
